If you're adding a gif, it appears that it'll only work through the web browser version.
Awesome weight to bodyweight ratio! Hope to see it soon! π
I cant get it to work, Do you have any tips on how to get Gifs or Videos from IPhone to work?
Yes!!! It took me time and some help from @kinetixtrainer2 π. Use GIPHY to turn your video to a gif, click upload to GIPHY, then select the gif, then the little paper airplane below the gif, select copy gif link. Then when you post it on here add [ img ] and [ /img ] (without the spaces between the brackets) on the left and right side of the url.
I hope this works!!!! π€
Wow!! That is so awesome! π π π0 -
This video is a 255lbs bench. I have since then benched 265... I just donβt have it on camera. 155lbs body weight. I have been working on slowing down my reps, everyone seems to be tearing pecks these days. I am aiming for a 1025 total in may.

Great lifts and strength. Awesome to see!0 -
AMRAP at light weight tonight. 25* at 225. I might have had one more in the tank but the form was failing at the end. Could only get 10ish in the GIF by speeding it up. Felt good to be back in the gym.
*ETA- watched video and counted. Apparently I was counting faster than I was lifting. It was 21 not 25. Now Iβll have to go for 25 next time.7 -
