I installed an app on my phone (gif maker) and then I just converted my vid to a gif and used the website to add it. 😊
As for your vids... I'd love to see those too! Plus, I know you're a badass, so I'll just wait patiently. 😊😁2 -

How bad is it that I'm am currently stuck on 5lbs (3 sets of 15) for this exercise? 😂 (I have a shoulder injury that seems to scream at me when I try to go heavier too fast.)3 -

It doesn't seem to matter how hard I try to not round my shoulders, they STILL look rounded.

I can see it now... I'd try this exercise... And about half an hour later I'd be posting about how I smashed my face on the stairs and needed new front teeth! Impressive!2 -
