    The form is not correct. There’s a lot of jerking at the lead end of the lift

    You really needed to say this? Where is your video? Gtfoh
    I pointed it out for benign reasons because jerking will adversely impact the knees with higher weights

    Firstly... On a PR often times form is sacrificed. Look at any major powerlifting meet. It's a PR because it's never been done before. It's at max.

    Secondly... Unless someone says "open to form critique" generally it's safer to just move along.

    Thirdly... If I could DL that much, I'd be freaking thrilled! @Chef_Barbell you're awesome! ❤️

    Funny about that one too... I got straps and now have a 295# PR... clean up without jerking. That gif I didn't have any straps or belt.

    I really enjoy that gif with that celebration at the end.... cute!

    I posted my 225lb deadlift WITH the disclaimer that I KNEW I broke form and rounded my back, and one of my friends still messaged me to tell me I was doing it wrong.

    He also thinks I bench wrong.
    He thinks I do everything wrong.

    Sigh. We don't talk much anymore. 🙄
