Firstly... On a PR often times form is sacrificed. Look at any major powerlifting meet. It's a PR because it's never been done before. It's at max.
Secondly... Unless someone says "open to form critique" generally it's safer to just move along.

I posted my 225lb deadlift WITH the disclaimer that I KNEW I broke form and rounded my back, and one of my friends still messaged me to tell me I was doing it wrong.
He also thinks I bench wrong.
He thinks I do everything wrong.
