Okay, I will try not to go full bike nerd. Its just a measure of power average power. FTP is the power someone can sustain for 1 hour, so I hit 303 Watts FTP. When you divide by your weight you get Power/Weight ratio. I'm like 63kg (at the moment) so that equals 4.81. Like I could never be pro but just a really strong amatuer lol.

Working on form on this one a lot. I want full ROM, but don't have a lot of strength yet. (Probably not the best camera angle for form critique though.)
