I pulled this a couple of weeks ago. Super happy with it as it definitely felt easy. Took about a year of focus and starting at only pulling 95#'s. Then I hit this 405#. I've Pulled 455 from the floor yesterday, but I wasn't sure it would go for me so I didn't record. Next time I try for it I certainly will. ** Side Note: Don't mind my gut overflowing over my belt. I'm working on that as well

What’s the biggest difference in rack pulls and a full dead for you?
Honestly not much as far as maxes/reps/etc. I’d say about a 10# difference based on a 5x5. Max wise I would say they are even but lockout is easier on the rack pull.
I’ve recently set a goal to participate in a strongman competition that is about 1.5 years out. (This years was cancelled due to COVID). I do a squat variation and a Deadlift variation at least 3 times a week each. I work the rack pulls in to try and simulate an axle deadlift height.
