I'm having trouble adding my GIFs. I can post a giphy link, but not the actual GIF, either from my device or from giphy app. I can't even just add an image..3

I still cannot load any images...
I'm 63 in and 117.3 this morning. My lifts today:
Squat 130 5x5
Bench 95 5x5
OHP 60 5X5
Deads 160 3x4
Pullups 3x4(they didn't rock so I did a set of 2 to make up for any fudgies)5 -
Hit my final 2 sets of 6 in DB presses at 70lbs. And flys final 2 sets of 6 at 65Lbs. Which is a PR for this last year6

I really hate this angle though, because it shows off my loose skin/turkey neck from weight loss. Makes me look old😢4 -

I’m so glad you figured it out!!! I was just about to type in what you have to do 😂. The depth on the squats 😍 and also that angle when benching is not flattering for anyone.... I can’t stand it... I need to buy a benching turtleneck 😂
Great job!!!!

It's not something I do or figure out, it worked today. There was no way to upload and then send the image yesterday.0

you look badass. I never even noticed the neck. ❤️ And even after you pointed it out, I still don't notice it. I'm too busy watching that bar!0 -

I think you look great and you should be proud of that weight you're moving on the bar. Very inspiring 👍2 -
Deadlifts... 5@245lb. A 5rm PR.
I know there's a bit of rounding... But honestly, it didn't feel that hard. That feels good because thecalculated 1rm is 275...which is my all time best. I am almost ready to challenge it.
