    Strongman training day 😁. About to increase to 3x a week and just hired a pro strongman coach so I think *kitten* gonna get crazy but I’m 8 weeks out so it’s time to buckle up 😬. I hit my goal of 110 lb farmers carry on each arm.... the contraptions are awful lol (pic below for ref). Also, hit 100/80/75 on the sandbag/keg, my goal is 125/100/75. GIPHY cuts it at 6.5 so only posted the beginning and ending.

    I really hate I didn't get any gifs of my workout yesterday. I had a PR on my decline press and landmine press. Felt like a beast yesterday.

    I’m so glad you figured it out!!! I was just about to type in what you have to do 😂. The depth on the squats 😍 and also that angle when benching is not flattering for anyone.... I can’t stand it... I need to buy a benching turtleneck 😂

    I still cannot load any images...
    I'm 63 in and 117.3 this morning. My lifts today:
    Squat 130 5x5
    Bench 95 5x5
    OHP 60 5X5
    Deads 160 3x4
    Pullups 3x4(they didn't rock so I did a set of 2 to make up for any fudgies)

    These are fantastic! Looking strong! ❤️
