Thank you! It has quite a bit!
Sometimes I feel like this thread keeps me pushing forward. I am so thankful for you all. ❤️
Eta.. Went back.. When I started. My squats were 125, bench was 70 and my deads were 210. Now I'm at 195, almost 100, and 240! 😁3 -

Wow that’s awesome!!! Accountability even to “strangers” is what has always motivated me, from weight loss to muscle and strength gains.... I have no clue why but it helps. I guess that’s the whole logic behind WW, so there must be something to it.2 -
Another 6 am.... I took a rest day yesterday and ate too much of my sons bday cake, so today def called for a baggy t shirt 😂 The carbs are always appreciated though and I definitely felt that carb strength. I was able to hit 6 plates on the leg press for 5 sets of 15. Squats were 6 working sets of 155 x 5 and RDL’s at 70, probably should have increased the weight on that, but I was super setting with my squats and didn’t wanna exhaust myself too much. Also didnleg extensions, hack squats and sumo squats, light weight a million reps.

@jennacole12 you are so right! I need a gym community, and since I work out at home, alone.. You have ALL become my community. I love seeing your lifts and successes and awesomeness! (no matter what weight is on the bar!)
Way to crush today's workout! Happy bday to your boy (yay cake), and I love the hot pink top!! ❤️4 -

It will probably be me in all my insightful wonder.2 -
Hey All,
Life has come at me hard in the last week and a half with family so I haven't been able to keep up in the thread, let alone find time to get to the gym, and or be able to make some GIF's. However, just wanted to say after doing a skim through you all are killing it!! I hope to be pushing some weight and sharing them soon, but until then I'll keep coming back to see you're awesome GIF's.8 -
Hi guys....I’m starting a new business. It doesn’t pay but I’m excited. You can send me your raw footage and I will create your gifs for you. Thank you.6

So glad to hear from you!0 -

Indeed,, I'm not great with these gifs, they're always a lot faster than real life
I'm partly being funny because of the one critique I got about squatting too fast. I feel your pain. 😊
Keep em coming!0 -

What's the best GIF making app for Android? I'm using one called GIF Maker-Editor
That's what I'm using too!
After you select the length of the video you want to gif, and then click done, it takes you to a page where you can pick different options...
Under speed, mine is set to 40.0ms (25.00f/s).
To speed it up, drag the indicator to the left, to slow down drag it to the right. I'm not sure what the "normal" speed should be. Once you've done whatever editing, and click the checkmark... I usually set the quality to low so that it loads better in here.1 -

Oh... Testing...
On the last page, where you set the speed, there is also a size option. Mine was all the way to the right. Lol. This is around halfway.
ETA... I got bands to try assisted pullups. My legs look weird. HAHA
I want to use wider grip, but then I think I'll eat the lightbulb.
I also want to try putting the band higher and using my knee, so that I can go full extension.
Stupid height.6 -
