Did boxing and abs today, and played with some more assisted pull ups.
Tried keeping my feet off the floor by bending my legs and only using the band. I AM getting full range of motion...so that's good. π2 -

I honestly didn't think I would. The first set of 5 was hard and it didn't feel right. But the second set was better, and the third not so bad... The fourth was challenging... But by the time I got to 5 I was NOT going to give up!

What's funny... After the bench PR... I legit yelled so loud my oldest came running. She grabbed me and hugged me so hard I just started crying. It was ridiculous and awesome. And I can rest now.

Why yes I do. I start with a one arm plank and flip the 45 pound plate on my back like I was playing that drinking game Quarters in college.
Then I do my ten and collapse on the floor and let the plate roll off. π
Itβs definitely a two man and one stinky dog exercise.4 -

Strongman training day π. About to increase to 3x a week and just hired a pro strongman coach so I think *kitten* gonna get crazy but Iβm 8 weeks out so itβs time to buckle up π¬. I hit my goal of 110 lb farmers carry on each arm.... the contraptions are awful lol (pic below for ref). Also, hit 100/80/75 on the sandbag/keg, my goal is 125/100/75. GIPHY cuts it at 6.5 so only posted the beginning and ending.

Last we did stones... I hit 60/80/100 and failed 115/125..... my body hurts but the kind of hurt I love π€ππ
