    I used to lift in the morning, it's actually how I was introduced to the weight room. I just don't feel as warmed up or awake that early, so I prefer after work. It also seems to take a lot more prep work because I've got to pack all my work clothes, clean up, get hair and makeup done, whereas after work I just change quick, lift, leave.

    You aren’t kidding, I feel like it takes me an hour the night before to prep for an early lift session. Plus without pre workout it’s torture lol.

    1st one. The GIPHY app is pretty user friendly.

    I’ve been using the top one, they aren’t the clearest but it works.

    This has probably been answered for you by now but I like the GIPHY app for ease of use. Limits your gif to 6 seconds.

    I prefer mid afternoon. It works out great for when I’m on night shift and on my days off.

    I got it. Just had to turn off the wifi, it was probably blocked. I'll try it out tonight. I don't have much choice in time of day/gyms for working out. I have home before work, home or weight room or outside run after.

    I need to push through and be "comfortable being uncomfortable" sometimes... without hurting myself. It's a balance.

    Had a workout with my dad today. I start a mini cut on March 14th. Just trying to trim a touch so I can see my abs better.

    Yes, He is still carrying more fat that he would like to be but he has made huge gains in the muscle department. His strength has been impressive to. His ORM have gone from B 185-225, S 195-275, D 315-345. We definitely motivate each other big time.

    I did 5x5@195lb for squats, with one extra rep on the last set. It was a grind, but I did it! if I rest 2 days and get enough sleep, I think I can do 200lb on Sunday.
