You aren’t kidding, I feel like it takes me an hour the night before to prep for an early lift session. Plus without pre workout it’s torture lol.1 -

I prefer mid afternoon. It works out great for when I’m on night shift and on my days off.0 -

I got it. Just had to turn off the wifi, it was probably blocked. I'll try it out tonight. I don't have much choice in time of day/gyms for working out. I have home before work, home or weight room or outside run after.3

Yes, He is still carrying more fat that he would like to be but he has made huge gains in the muscle department. His strength has been impressive to. His ORM have gone from B 185-225, S 195-275, D 315-345. We definitely motivate each other big time.4 -

I did 5x5@195lb for squats, with one extra rep on the last set. It was a grind, but I did it! if I rest 2 days and get enough sleep, I think I can do 200lb on Sunday.
