  • Just a note, I carry almonds for snacks and edamame is good any time.

  • @Sherri71 I open both apps on my phone in the morning and evening and leave them open a while for everything to sync. I don’t know if this is how it is supposed to work but if I open both and then sync my Garmin, MFP tends to update too shortly. I hope that helps.

  • I have been using Garmin a little more than a year after using polar off and on for more than 10 years. I use a vivimove for my daily tracking. If I finish healing I hope to get back on the bicycle and start hiking.
