One of the food that shocked me was lamb's meat, it was something like 400 calories for 100 grams, that's if I'm not mistaken. That day was the last time Iβ¦

As for today I woke up much earlier than usual, wasn't feeling well, so I cut my walking to 30 minutes in parts. So my 10k streak is over but my goal was to walk 300k by the end of the month and not 10k a day, I'm still on the clearβ¦

When I lose some, I will do a harder workout in addition to walking. Being positive means waking up in the morning ready to tackle any obstacles in the way and end the day victoriously.β¦

A half an hour of walking can burn 150 calories, but this depends on how much you weigh and your speed of walking. Not sure about the weight lifting, I usually do half an hour and burns 100+, it is more to how fast your heart beats while doing the workout.

@donna25trinity I didn't entirely stop eating sweets, but I don't currently have the problem of not being able to stop eating it. I can take a measured amount and I don't feel like taking a second. So it's a prgress, and hopefully I'll quit it eventually. Since this is helpful to me, I'm looking for other shows that talkβ¦

I'm also happy that we had a cake and I didn't feel the slightest desire to eat it π€. So for me, today ended perfectly despite everything else. Goodnight ππ.

@TwistedSassette yes, that's the show. They also started, in a different season, to send them to other people who are suffering after having similar diets. I believe, I lost my craving to sweets after watching the show. Hopefully for the long run.

Have anyone here ever watched: super skinny vs super size? I have started watching the show for a while now on YouTube and I gotta say, it helped me tremendously on stopping the over eating.
