cheesecake, donuts, waffles, muffins etc. Batch cook and always have on hand. IN the car always a protein bar or 10.

When cooked in water it will be 349cal. Weight the cooked weight and it might be 300g, its still 349cal. If you eat 150g of that cooked rice, it will be 175cal. Simple. And just to add, rice is such a waste of calories IMHO other than in sushi. I do not have and never will have any rice at home. There are much much better…

You are confusing recomp with cut. Cut is painful, quick and it sucks. Recomp takes a long long time.

I did have a thread about this in the past where I took the entire package of bacon, cooked it and then measured out the fat that was left to get the total calories. It was not so bad, as long as you dont use the bacon fat that renders out. I think it was like 30-40cal per slice of cooked bacon. Maybe search for the thread.

I do something similar BUT its far from being bread :) 200 grams (1/3 cup), Egg Whites 0.50 tsp, Baking Powder (Fin) 0.50 tsp(s), Xanthan Gum 12 gram, Psyllium Husk Powder 30 gram, Protein Powder - Unflavored Whip egg whites with gum. Fold in the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350F for 25min.

Im amazed what qualifies as "pizza dough" to many ppl here. Make or buy pre-made pizza dough. Roll as thin as you can, dont overdo on the toppings and be done with it. Or better yet, go out and get a nice fire oven baked pizza from a proper pizza place. Well worth it.
