Did you keep photography, eating, hydrating, and exercise before pictures the same? If yes, I don't see anything wrong with the results! The opposite, really: good improvement! And well done! Keep on keeping on!1

That seems like really good results for 12 weeks! Your waist is tighter/smaller; there's more definition in abs, quads, arms, shoulders, back; you have nice curves in the before pic, but you've tightened up more in the spots most women would like to. You've made improvements in posture, too, but there are further things that you can work on there, IMO, for some relatively quick appearance wins, too.
