Yes ✔️ Exercised Not sure if I stayed under calorie limit because I ate salmon with grilled cabbage at a restaurant. Oh yeah, and 2 glasses of Chardonnay 😏 It was the first time eating out with friends in a while and totally worth it. Tracked F&B up to dinner.
