  • Today is a pass day for me - totally gave into my emotions and returned to eating for comfort. Today is Beloveds cancer operation, although he was first on the list he didn't go to theatre till 1.30 Although I have over consumed I didn't completely binge so I am taking that as a win, back on it tomorrow
