We are in monsoon season and last night a storm hit. That's twice it's flooded my Mom's family room. It tore off the whirlybird on my roof. Today the sun is out. Was raining earlier. All is well here!!

I go shopping about once a month. If I need something I send my GD. I was using the pick up option but it got to be that they only had half of what I wanted. I do buy a lot on-line too! That's how I do my Christmas shopping.

I only weigh once a week. I'm the only one who eats spag. squash. I'll make it up and then I freeze it in 1-cup containers. And then use whenever I want it!!! Hehehe I do that with a lot of my food. Makes healthy quick meals. Just mix & match!!

Weighed in gained 0.2 pound. That's the wrong way!! Last night I did it again and overate. After going to bed I got hungry and consumed another 700 calories. Bringing the total to about 2500. :'( Today's another day!
