10 Quad crunches 10 x each leg lifts over the fulcrum 10 x each leg straight leg lifts 10 each leg seated leg lifts with ankle weights 10 bench push-ups 15 mins stationary peddling. 2 mins arm and shoulder stretch with resistance band.

Never I would have to be very very hard up to touch it. It is one of the things that grow well here. Avocados are in season here now. Just love avocados and I am not even going there to look at the calorie count.

The physio is great. He is working with me on my dodgy ankle and shoulders as well. Who knows I may be able to Zoomba by the end of the year.

We are having brilliant weather these last few days. I think Spring is about to happen. Had my last trip down memory lane on Spark this morning. I will miss it. As Eliza says a new adventure awaits.

Hi everyone. I am back with a brand new hip. The recovery is going well. I have all the leg strengthening exercises I did for a year before to thank for that. Thanks for all the well wishes. I will catch up with you all.

I am back !! Karen we saw the Oregon fires on our TV are they near you? Keeping a low profile at the moment. Just getting all the pre-op stuff done. Only one more then I am good to go on August 4 (that's if we don't have another lockdown.)
