I always eat 1,380 to around 1,500 a day and never had 600 left before so wanted to just see if I could have the 600 extra today to make up for it but OK thankyou

Hello everyone sorry I've been missing for a while I was so so busy with kids and life and doing different things over the holidays Never gained weight though lost Pw in December last time weighed was 149lb I think not sure But I'm now 146 yay hope you all had a nice Christmas and happy new year

Thankyou very much, that is definitely true I suppose it will be water and other things generally not because I've put on weight as such, just somtimes gets me down when I work so bloody hard and it goes up hahah but it's OK I'm getting used to it how it works and things Thanks for the advice it definitely could have been…
