I started using this group on March 11. Since then I have seen a 10 pound decrease. This may not seem like much but I am soooo glad I keep coming back. I know at the end of this month I will be camping therefore wonβt be able to do a final weigh in but I keep trying and not giving up. Iβm slowly transitioning to a low carbβ¦

Weighing day to day is a funny thing. Weighed yesterday and was down 1 now today I am up .2. Although I do know that a certain time of the month should be arriving in the next day or two.
