Hey! Iβd like to join this challenge as I definitely need accountability and motivation! Had great success 10 years ago losing 25kg and maintaining for almost 6 years! But since 2020 and hitting menopause it has ALL crept back on again.
I have been trying since January to drop some weight but only seem to be losing and gaining the same 2kg over and over again.
So I am going to challenge myself to try to stay focused and keep each KG I drop off!

I'm on a mission to get rid of 15lbs that I've accumulated over the last year since I started a degree. I realise my figures might look unhealthy/odd to some, but I'm paraplegic, and I can't afford to keep this extra weight on. My fat bits are pushing against my sideguards and I'm risking pressure sores. I'm not getting a new chair, I've been the same weight and had the same size chair for over ten years! So, the extra weight has to go, I have to get back to 105lbs!!

June was a tough month. I felt off track and over the last couple of weeks, I was eating and exercising in maintenance. I'm really pushing to get back on track in July. I have a vacation coming up at the end of August and hope to finally get back in the 100 club. It's been a while!

I'm Chris - 74 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
My husband and I are retired.
I see my trainer for 60 mins three days a week and try to walk the other four days. The walking doesn't always work out.

I would love to join.
I keep losing and gaining the same 3lbs.
My doctor wants to put me on weight loss medicine. After doing some research on the medicine, I don't think its a good choice. I only need to loose about 25 lbs. I need help to stay focused.
I will update start weight & goal weight in the morning.

07/07-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- I feel soft, squishy and pudgy after this 4 day holiday weekend. Lots of food and celebrations. I have absolutely no desire to see the scale this morning as I know that most of the damage will be temporary weight and water weight which should resolve itself within a few days. Iβll aim for a good and honest weight next week without all the bloat.
