June was a tough month. I felt off track and over the last couple of weeks, I was eating and exercising in maintenance. I'm really pushing to get back on track in July. I have a vacation coming up at the end of August and hope to finally get back in the 100 club. It's been a while!

07/28-189.2-(Trend Weight: 189.5)- Its been a horrible week weight-wise. A little travel and a lot of lack of willpower at home. Something needs to change. Itโs something in my mentality. Iโm burned out I think and Iโve got to figure this out. More travel tomorrow, several hours each way to medical appointment. Dinner will be out. That just doesnโt help although honestly Iโm looking forward to it. This year I have lost some weight in Jan, Feb and May. The other 4 months have been Epic Fails. I know I can do better. I also know that itโs not the occasional travels, outing or occasions that are getting me. Itโs my daily habits at home. Usually those are spot on and easily make up for the social days. Not lately! Iโve got to get back in the groove. My final weigh-in will be in 3 days on the last day of July for a full accounting of the month.
07/31-188.4-(Trend Weight: 190.3)- Iโve started to turn it back around but am out of time for this month. I guess Iโll have to start August chasing my own tail. Eventually Iโll catch up to my starting weight and hopefully surpass it. Great job to everyone for showing up and working so hard on those changes. All good paths lead to success. 07/29-189.4-(Trend Weight: 189.7)- My weight is the same as my last actual weigh-in but my trend weight has went way up due to the wild swings and fluctuations in my weight over the past couple of weeks. I attribute most of that to my binge eating disorder. Iโve got to come up with something that will help. Due to Julyโs increases, I feel like Iโll just be chasing my own tail in August. I just want to hang my head and cry. All my clothes feel tight. I weighed 12 pounds less in March.

I see my trainer for 60 mins three days a week and try to walk the other four days. The walking doesn't always work out.
