The last few days have been super busy and a little stressful so I havenβt made the greatest of choices when the snack attacks happen. I had both wine and peanuts after dinner a couple days in a row! And throw in leftover jelly bellies from our party, oh my.
I want to spend some time this weekend thinking about how Iβm going to do things differently in September so I have no gain while on my upcoming cruise!

Didn't make my goal for August. Weight loss seems to have slowed down to a crawl now. I am still eating healthy and watching portion size, but what I haven't been doing is using the app to record my calories these last two weeks. I think that's what is doing me in. I will have to go back to that for September. Good luck to all of you!

I hope September will be better for me personally, but my calendar is already full with travel dates so I have to admit it, Iβm very nervous. Iβll do all I can when I can and hope that I have enough healthy habits to keep it mostly in check. See you next round!

The last two months the weight loss has ground to a crawl. I'm ok with losing a lb a week and even that has been tough. Hopefully Aug. will be a good month as summer winds down. Best of luck to everyone.

I'm Chris - 74 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
My husband and I are retired.
I see my trainer for 60 mins three days a week and try to walk the other four days. The walking doesn't always work out.
