I didn't see this until just now! I over slept yesterday morning, so I got day 4 in after work yesterday! Feeling pretty good - but really focusing on pushing myself and using correct form for everything. Also - I think I may bump up the weights for a few of the arm exercises - what weights are everyone else using?

Even if you work out 7 days a week, you may not be on the high end of the activity levels - it depends on the rest of your life too. I was actually expecting worse - 219.8, up .2 since Friday... And considering what I ate yesterday, I probably weigh less than that, and the water wieght is tricking my scale. :) I'm just glad I stayed under 220!!! Can't wait to see what my weigh in Wednesday brings!!! YAY!!!

Try StrongLifts 5x5, or The New Rules of Lifting for Women... :) Edited to say: Both of these programs are 3 times a week. I have tried both. The biggest thing that I found was, as Dan-the-Man mentioned in the OP - is patience. When I made the adjustment the first time, I had to jump from 1200 calories (the MFP standard) to 2199. I had to add 200 calories a week until I got to the high point. That was 5 weeks without a loss. In those 5 weeks, I put on 11 pounds.…

No, not really different. Its just different running on a treadmill than it is outside, because of the whole self-propelled floor thing. You can make the treadmill closer to running outside by setting the incline to a 2... I use the Zen Labs app - it's free - and I love it!
