I reached really really close to my calorie goal! I was only like 395 away from what I am supposed to eat!! I really tried to do well today! And of course I did my 60 minutes of Aerobics! :glasses:

There are these little tootsie pop drops that are AMAZING. They come in a little pack in the pack is a whole slew of flavors. They're divine and GREAT!

Lemon Herb Chicken Coat the bottom of the crock pot with olive oil. Add the chicken. Cover the chicken with basil lemons garlic pepper and a little salt. Cook 4-6 hours and serve!

Salsa Chicken All you do is put your chicken in the crock pot and cover it with your favorite salsa cook on low for about 4-5 hours. Top with cheese or sour cream avocado tomatoes lettuce or anything you can think of. It's really good.

How are you doing today? I've had a problem maintaining...I mean eating ALL my allotted calories. UGH! But I am getting my work out in tonight!

I've got a GOOD one. My Ex-Husband noticed that I was losing weight. Didn't say anything to me in person BUT sent me a anonymous text telling me that I looked really good with the weight loss. This was back when I had lost 10-15 lbs. He didn't have the guts to say it to my face!!

I eat a lot of salads yogurts and veggies and fruits with a small amount of meat for dinner. Yesterday I didn't eat any meat and had 1004 calories left from the entire day. So I really didn't hit many cals. It's not intentional it just happens.

Something like this happened to me as well. I really didn't want my husband to know how much I weight but unfortunately he does. Blech! One ward hoe!

I haven't once been able to consume the recommended caloric intake MPF has set for me. Do you think this is going to decrease the amount of weight I lose? I eat 6 small meals a day and still don't hit the calories. I don't eat chocolates breads or many sweets period. I limit my portions and drink LOADS and LOADS of water.…

I DREAM of doing a triahtalon. Literally DREAM of it but don't think I will....Wait scratch that.....I don't think I will until I am in my 30's. I am making it a goal to work the last stretch of my 20's to work into a better regiment. You're awesome. Keep up the good work!

You are right. You would lost the weight fast but you'll be killing your body slowly in the process. I had a childhood literally starve herself to DEATH because she didn't want to eat. Being thin isn't everything. You need to be healthy. Just take one minute at a time. And I would suggest looking for friends that practice…
