I have lost 50lbs since August 8th! This is the 1st time I have ever TRIED to loose weight. I made up my mind that I was going to make a "lifestyle change" and not go on a diet...which seems like a temporary thing. I keep having people ask me when I plan on stopping and being happy with where I am at. I tell them never. It's not that I want to get skinny. It's that I want to be healthy. As my matabolism has picked up, I am simply eating more "healthy calories".

I also have to mention that I am very proud of my wife as well. She has lost nearly 20lbs and is LOOKING GOOD! :love:
