I have not. I weigh once a week every Saturday/Sunday and it's good for me. I know what I need to lose or if I haven't lost any. But there may come a time when I need to step back.

If I'm not mistaken (I am pretty sure I'm right) Sugary calories are burned faster and turn into fats instead of taking the time to digest and diminish properly. The body processes natural foods and unprocessed foods a lot more differently than processed or "man made" fats.

Follow your calories. No matter which you chose to follow you need to make sure that you stick only to that. Don't get to upset over the numbers. You just need to make sure that you're following as closely as you can.

I read these books and thought they were pretty good. I loved Jacob and Edward and would LOVE to be a vampire....Ya, I'm a kid as well lol. I would love to read The Host. It's an adult books.

I am so getting an HRM for Christmas. I am looking at the Polar F6 & F11. I was wondering if y'all could help me with the differences between the two. I read a little and it seems as though the F11 is quit a bit more advanced. And, I LOVE the color of the F6. I want Tea Green. Silly question...Do these HRM's tell time?

Forget what anyone else says and do this for YOURSELF! You need to be healthy and happy. Those are the only things that matter. And remember no MATTER what weight you are it's always hard to lose. And 5lbs is a lot of weight.
