Thats awesome...congrats to you for the weight loss! I have a similar story, but I don't have alot of weight to lose. My mom died at 41 of a heart attack, same reasons and I was only 8 at the time. Well I stopped for awhile....and guess what.....I gained the weight back!! So yes it has helped me!! There are foods that you think are ok, but if you log them, you realize they are not ok, so you can decide not to eat them anymore. I wouldn't have any clue on the calories in most things without reading labels and logging…

I am going on 43 next month and recently when I told someone that I had a 13 yr old daughter they asked if I had her at 10!!! Oh yeah, I still got it!! lol

I am 4"11 3/4. Starting weight was 130, cw is 127 and I was down to 120, but fell off the wagon. I am hoping to be 115 by November when I take my family to Florida. Nice to meet you, add me if you'd like.

my scale is stupid too! I can weigh myself within mins and it has a different reading, sometime by 10 lbs.....and that is with a new battery. I don't trust the thing so I go mainly by measurements and how my clothes feel.

how about you make a business out of it. Bake them and sell them at farmers markets or flea markets or something.

exactly.....no need to log any excercise at all unless you forget to put the fitbit on.

Just remember, you don't have to do it exactly like they do it on the dvd. when I did it and I found it was getting too hard, I just walked on the spot until I could continue......as long as you keep moving, that is all the matters. Try again and keep that in mind, you will finish it!!!

I always add some yogurt, plain greek yogurt is good, a splash of orange juice, some frozen fruit and whey protein powder!! Delish and I am not hungry until lunch time!!

Could it be that maybe they didn't have time to log all their food for the day? I have done that where I get some of it programmed in, forget what else I ate and mean to come back and log but don't find the time. Give them the benefit of the doubt before you say anything. The people that you know for a fact are not eating…
