I eat fat bombs almost every day. It helps with healthy fats. I use a combination of almond / peanut butter, butter, coconut oil, dark chocolate, nuts and dried coconut or cranberries. They are very versatile! I make mine in ice trays and store in a baggie in the freezer.

Weekly log in....not much change in the tape measure, but I did miss a bunch of days. Now I'm sick in bed and hoping to be able to exercise again on Monday. Upper waist: 30 (dropped .5 inches) Thigh: 22.25 (dropped .75 inches) Everything else was the same. Total lost inches = 1.25inches! How's everyone doing?

The link shares insight on how our menstrual cycle / hormones can help and hinder the loss of belly fat. Hormones play such a great role in weight loss, as does stress. Enjoy! http://blog.metaboliceffect.com/2012/06/20/female-phase-training-training-with-the-menstrual-cycle/

Hi, I just did a BodyPump.class last night for the first time and really enjoyed it. I, too, don't have a lot of muscle but you can start off with the smallest weights as is comfortable. No need to be embarassed, ladies were friendly when I.needed assistance. It was a challenge but great full body work out.:smooched:

Try experimenting with different types of squash. Add onions and spinach to your omelettes! Maybe if you season the cauliflower well with butter and Mrs. Dash to make it more palatable.
