Congrats on the elite status! I finished my first Spartan Sprint (stadium) on Saturday. I am not very fast and currently cannot even do a pullup but I am hooked. My brother (his first) and my son's best friend (Spartan veteran) were on my team. We are looking to schedule our next sprint.

Don't let them have that place in your head/heart. They do not deserve your energy. Call your friends that build you up and see you for the great person that you are. Please realize that they are lacking character, not you.

I've been working out with Booty camp tv on youtube. I like the short but effective cardio workouts.

My new go to snack is Nachos. I use baked nacho chips and melt Weight Watcher shredded cheddar, add salsa and nonfat plain greek yogurt (takes the place of sour cream). Frozen grapes are amazing!

Gesundheit annoys me. Just say God bless you when someone sneezes. Also the word used as in I used to do whatever it is you did before. That bugs me. and Veggies - grow up and say vegetables. Oh and that was delish - I hate the word, it's not a word.

I make yogurt by: 1. heating the milk in the microwave until it reaches 180-185 degrees. 2. Let milk sit until it reaches 115 degrees. 3. Then mix in about a half cup of plain yogurt. 4. Place in bowl with lid and place in the oven with the light on for 6-8 hours or place in container then in a cooler filled with hot water…

bumping - I've made yogurt by heating milk in microwave to temp of 185 degrees then cool to 120 degrees then added yogurt, placed in oven overnight with light on. Straining made it thicker but not quite greek texture.

Don't give up. Remember how you felt 20 pounds ago and celebrate how far you've come. 20 pounds is a lot! Look for a fun and different workout on youtube (I love fitness blender). Maybe it's time to change up your workout routine or set new goals. Paint your nails. Paint your room. Do something different to inspire…

I just made this. Thanks for the idea. It hit the spot. I didn't have greek yogurt so I added a half scoop of vanilla whey protein.

Sticking it out and fighting against those thoughts usually leads to the greatest feeling of accomplishment. I don't run, I started going to spinning classes and have to fight myself to stay on the bike. When it's over I feel like I can do anything!

I like Friendship brand cottage cheese. The 1% whipped is really good to add to recipes for added protein boost (quiche, pancakes). I also like the 4% fat and the 2% and I eat it plain. Try it with sugar free jello or fruit if you aren't used to the taste by itself.

You look amazing!

Cauliflower salad is great - just replace potatoes salad recipe with fresh or slightly steamed cauliflower.

Can't stand box mix cakes and canned frostings, butterfingers, fritos corn chips, ring dings, tastykakes, and jelly doughnut - oh and anything hazelnut flavored..
