My waist got smaller very quickly, which in turn made my hips look quite enormous!

I eat 6 meals a day and it is working for me! Feel free to view my diary. My daughter switched to 5-6 meals last week and saw a good wt drop this last week. I am rarely hungry. The biggest secret is to plan ahead. I always have snacks and pack my lunch so I am never hungry. Good luck!

I also think it is a good learning op. I just would ask myself what I would do differently. I know for me I cant make it work unless I plan my meals the day before. From the time I wake up I am on auto-pilot. I know what I am eating and when.

I travel for a living. I keep my shoes in the car and when necessary I do my walks out in neighborhoods, country paths or downtown citys.

Thanks, I just signed up for her recipes. I practice mostly clean eating. I have recently side tracked w/ a few low cal splurge snacks when I am feeling a bit deprived. Looking forward to baking up some of her suggestions instead.
