I've been exercising and changing my eating habits for about 9 months now, and I've lost 50lbs. My goal is a total of 110. I really love this fitness pal because it helps to keep me on track, but I really think its time that I start joining with others for motivation... Once, you lose 50lbs, you feel so much better about yourself you start losing focus. If there is anyone that would like to motivate each other on here, I would love to hear from you! Or anyone that works out at Planet Fitness in Madison Heights, MI. I would love to be work out buddies!
