I just started keto almost a month ago so I've been expirementing a lot! I really love tuna and steak. Just don't know if I can open a can and cut a steak :( It will be extremely interesting to say the least.

First full day today on Keto for me, so I'm here for the suggestions as well. I'm not big on almonds/nuts. What's an easier way to enjoy them? I got sea salt almonds but it's still not tasty to me.

I'm back as well! It's been about 5-6 years.. WOW! I'm the biggest I have ever been. about 173. I'm using my profile picture (my old weight loss) as my inspiration. I personally don't care about weight this time, but I will be happy too keep losing it! I'm more focused on just being fit and tone this time. :wink:

i started out by losing about 20 lbs and eating right. It was perfect!! But then I ended up having surgery which cut me off from any workouts. Oatmeal with Peanut Butter is all I need to keep me full in the morning. They say you should have a HUGE breakfast, then a smaller lunch and even smaller dinner. But I'm never hungry for breakfast, so just that keeps me full ;)

Just as long as you have enough calories for it, go ahead and treat yourself. But like you said, it's not healthy. And chocolate can be addicting. So be careful. Good luck! And keep kicking butt

Living in a small town, you have to drive to work. No doubt about it. At least a 30-60 minute drive to go to work. The world will NEVER be perfectly nice with no pollution. Sorry to break it to you. Seeing things like this just makes me want to go out and drive for hours and hours

Thanks! I wasn't sure about it. Right now I'm using 3lb weights, but I'm going to up it to 5 for the end of week one. I'm not taking any breaks for week one. Hoping I won't have to for any of the other weeks. lol

Hey, I'm 18. I only people in the Early twenties and younger, helps me a lot more. This is my second round of losing weight. First time I was in great condition. Got down to 125ish. Then had surgery and I gained it all back, so need help staying on track and motivated :)

I get the same feeling! I think it's cool because it doesn't even feel like your walking. So it doesn't seem to take as much effort (even though it doesn't take any at all, really) But as soon as I get off, I do have to stand for a bit before I begin to walk.
