I'm with ya...the last 10-15 pounds are just not coming off! Some people say increasing your calories is the way to do it. Any way to "shock" your body. And yes, change up your workout routine. Rest helps too. Congratulations on your loss so far and good luck with the rest!

I've often wondered the same thing! Most days I've got my 8 glasses in by the time I leave work, but weekends are more difficult to remember so I ususally have more water in the evenings on weekends. I've also found that it's much easier to drink cold tap water instead of ice cold water...seems to just go down easier.…

It happens to me too. And I truly believe it's hormonal. I even got shaky last week, and I was eating the exact same stuff as I had the week before. Weird!

I slip up a lot, but I just keep remembering "today is a new day" and like someone else said, you should forgive yourself and move on! And just try to remember why you're doing this in the first place. And just do the best you can. You can do it, and we're all here to help!!

I'm a big fan of rice and steamed tuna and zuchinni. And we shop at Aldi and that has changed my life!! The prices are excellent! Good Luck.

I'm usually really good about the weekdays. Like a few of the other folks who replied, I have a good schedule and I bring my breakfast, lunch and snacks to work and then have a good dinner.
