Non Conventional 6 week Challenge

Good Afternoon Folks!

I'll be putting together a 6 week challenge that is open to all that starts Thur Sept 1st.

Each week a new challenge will be given- complete the daily challenge and earn points.
Challenges will build/tier each week. Weekly weight loss will earn points.

Person with the most points win! (bragging rights :wink: )

You are responsible for keeping track of your points using the honor system (you'll only cheat yourself if not honest).

    im lost i wanna do his too but how do you earn points?

    Each week, I will present a challenge to do every day. Complete the challenge and earn 1 pt,
    for a total of 7 points a week should you do the challenge everyday.

    The challenges will change each week, but also build on the previous week. So, by
    the end of week 2, you could earn 7 points for doing that weeks challenge + 7 more
    of continuing to do the challenge for week 1.

    It will all be clearer once I post the first challenge 9/1/11!
