id like to be in again. i feel like im wasting peoples time but this is really holding me accountable for each week. weigh ins are fine for me whenever. i prefer mondays or like the way you have been doing it now. thanks katie

Pw. 164 CW. 163 It's only a pound but I am starting to notice changes in my clothing. Started lifting this week and that felt good. Increased running time and that is always helpful. Good luck.

Pw 161 Cw 161 But I'm losing inches somewhere cuz my clothing is fitting alot better. I've started a new cardio program and running longer and faster so I think that's helping. My diet has been pretty decent this week too do I'm making small changes to lifestyle.
