I would spread the "wealth" around to a few people who sincerely need it. My daughter who keeps trying to gain weight, (yes, she got those genes) a sister who fighting cancer, and maybe a few who don't need it but I would just feel like pay backs are in order.:devil:

I don't have an hrm, but I know I sweat like crazy. There is a website, you put in your info and it will tell you about how much you're burning. I've seen some posts on here saying that they use an hrm and it's pretty close, give or take a few. It's at zumbacalories.com. It will get you sweating!

Yes, and yes. I started Zumba in August and this is the first workout I've stuck with. It can sometimes get a little boring, but that's when you just put your own little spin or "flavor" into the dance. Hope this helps!:smile:

I always have large hard boiled eggs in my fridge, when I'm really hungry I grab one. They're a good healthy protein to keep my mouth busy while I'm making something healthy. :smile:

For me, I started Zumba and MFP, didn't lose anything for maybe the first 4-6 weeks I think, it was a long while. I did notice my clothes fitting better,so I stuck with it, now I've been on MFP for 50 days now and I'm down 11 lbs. I'm losing 2-3 lbs a week. Just stick with it, I almost gave up.
