    Did this yesterday and it was delicious, I think we either didn't cook the crust long enough or just not cook the cauliflower before baking the crust because it was slightly mushy. But it was still delicious, my husbands only complaint was that I made it a veggie pizza and he likes his veggies cooked to death.....all he ate was the crust! lol

    I tried this Friday with a few changes and OMG it was AWESOME! It's especially a good find for me as I need to be gluten free. I was worried about the calories, but when I doubled the recipe, and did it in 6 slices it was only 185 calories a slice. My husband really liked it too, so overall this is a total WIN!!!!!

    I was JUST looking for this recipe today and did not like the Google results. I'm trying to lose weight and my boyfriend just got told he's pre-diabetic so he needs to drop some pounds and watch his carbs. The catch, he's allergic to green veggies. :(

    Bumping with a super thanks !! Cant wait to try ! My husband is on the Atkins, and I will DEF make this for him ! I mean, the poor guys Italian and will DEF NOT like the idea of me messing with pizza dough, BUT hey - better than nothing, right ?!?!?
