I am off of all candy, etc. for at least the next 8-weeks while I do a weight loss challenge with some friends. If I could eat anything without counting calories I would choose loaded nachos, hands down. Homemade macaroni and cheese, french onion soup, shepherd's pie, grilled cheese, and lasagna!

fruit and yogurt

Candy bars and cookies are not worth my time.

I weigh in once a week and I record whatever my weight is. I gained this week. Gotta stay accountable.
-
I am going to do Couch to 5K this summer. Maybe you should check that out?
-
Once a week. Don't weigh yourself daily, it will only discourage you if you gain weight, our bodies all fluctuate.
-
Um, because people are here to get healthier not hookup.

I think mine is accurate for the most part. One day it told me I needed to eat more so I did and I gained almost 2 pounds overnight! I was not impressed. I don't pay too much attention to the "you need to eat more," if I am full, I am full.

I bet you will lose those 8 pounds in another day or so. Don't sweat the small stuff!

A flat stomach!
-
Stomach, I hate it.

Don't ever ask your boyfriend/husband if you need to lose weight. That is not fair to ask. You need to do it for yourself, not anyone else.

I know I have lost inches...but I still hate my stomach area. I don't know what to do to tone it.

HELP! Yesterday I weighed myself and was 137, this morning I was 138.8! I used my elliptical and walked for 15 minutes yesterday. By the end of the night I still had over 500 calories left! I had cereal, yogurt, pretzels, pineapple, mini rice cakes, tomato soup, grilled cheese, and a salad. Snacks were root beer float pie…

I'm in--gonna go for 100 miles in June.

I am extremely ticklish. My sides especially and stomach area. Long nails would be my undoing.

I have lost 20 pounds and still have a belly! I hate it.
-
Wow, good for you! I don't think I will ever see 110!
-
I am 5'6". My weight is 139.4. I would like to get to 130 by the end of the summer. I eat 1300 calorie a day plus whatever I burn for exercise.
-
I'd be more than happy to add you!

I haven't really given anything up. My motto is all things in moderation.

I have lost 20 pounds in the past nine months and am currently 139 pounds at 5'6". I would like to get to 130 and attempt to tone up my mid-section. I know I am a lot healthier now but I am still very self-conscious about my stomach area. No matter what I do I still have a "gut." I hate it. It is the worst part of my body.…

I have always been told taking the weight off slowly is a lot more healthier and beneficial than losing a ton in a short amount of time. This isn't Biggest Loser where you are literally living in the gym all day. I mean, really? Who wants to do that, no matter how heavy you are. I have lost 20 pounds in 9 months. I am at a…

I'd like one but they are expensive!

I log in EVERY day no matter how well or not well I do. I haven't exercised in two days and have eaten a lot of malted milk balls, robin eggs...on sale at Rite Aid. Oops! BUT I logged them. I need to stay accountable.

I can relate! I did WW about 10 years ago and lost 31 pounds in about 11 months. I did little to no exercise...the weight crept back on a couple of years ago, gained about 10-12 pounds....I just got lazy. I made a decision in August 2011 that I needed to exercise regularly and count my calories. Started on myfitnesspal.com…

You need to eat! Believe me, you need to use up your calories. I do my best to exercise for 30-minutes a day and I "eat" those calories I earn. Please don't give up, 41 pounds is amazing! I am with you on the belly issue. Seems to be my hardest part to "lose" and I haven't even had any kids. I have reached the realization…

I use non-dairy powdered creamer and a sugar substitute...10 calories for a cup.
