I'm 1200 calories / 157lbs / 5'7
Thinking of upping my calories though.
If you've been on 1200 during your weight loss to date and are plateauing, feeling tired etc it is probably a good idea to up your calories.0 -

MFP recommended calories: 1400, which is what I stick to.
I do exercise regularly (about 500 calories worth 5 times a week) and used to happily eat back all my exercise calories, but have decided to stop and just eat the 1400 and no more because I wasn't losing like I'd hoped.0 -

Pretty much have plateaued. My nutritionist says I should weigh 110 at my height of 5'1", eating 1500 calories a day. I would never be at the current weight I'm at(114) if I ate that many calories. I try to average 1000 calories a day and work out 5 days a week.0

I'm 5'11 eat 1500 cals a day whether I exercise or not, weighed 340lbs, my weigh in is on the 1st. At that time I should be at around a 92 lbs loss in 5 months. My goal weight is 190lbs by Nov. GOOD LUCK to everyone0

1200 if I don't work out 1500/1600 if I do. I started off at 135 at 5'4, I now weigh about 120. I want to be around 110/115 but more important to me than weight is becoming more lean/ losing body fat/gaining lean muscle.0

I try to eat 1410 as that is my daily limit, but I'm not a big eater so I usually only eat around 1000 cals a day.
