I really works...I don't always do it, but when I am feeling like I am heading towards a binge that is my first line of defense. Do you drink your coffee black too? Or just sugarless?

Personally I have found drinking water to be one of the easiest to incorporate into day to day life. I tend to drink 15-20 8oz glasses a day; which is about half my body weight in ounces in water a day. It makes me feel more sated throughout the day and I just feel better- mentally and physically. I just joined, so this is my first challenge. As an office manager chained to my desk 8 am to 5 pm with over 2 hours of commuting each day this is truly something I need to be more mindful of. Thank you for the reminder- I'll do my best today to quit the sitting.

Good idea! If you wanted to lighten the recipe a bit more you could do every other layer with eggplant and spinach instead of noodles.
