Hi all. I’m jumping back on the 5:2 train as my weight is slowly creeping back. Today will be my first attempt at fasting in awhile. I work through lunch so shouldn’t have a problem.....keeping my dinner as low cal as possible. Thanks for keeping this group going. It’s a great weight of getting your health back on track.

Evidently 20 miles was too high of a goal for Feb. Actually I ended up with a tweaked back. I had to modify Bootcamp and slather the icy hot while snowboarding. However the repetition of running just pulled on my back/left hip and I couldn't do it. My goal again will be 20 miles and I'm hoping to crush it! Back/hip is…

Hey I'm on my second week too. I've used 5:2 in the past but didn't stick with it. It is by far the easiest and best way I have found to lose weight and get healthy. Add me as a friend. Great job on your weight-loss!

Hi everyone! Do not laugh but my goal is 20 miles for the month of February. I'm just starting up a little mileage and I don't have much time. I also do bootcamp 3xweek and snowboard on the weekend. My goal is to run at least 2xweek for at least 2 miles.
