I'm in phase 2 and use mostly 15 and 10 lb sometimes up to 20... Except for the weighted superman.... For some reason I can only do that one with 3lbs lol

After I had a disappointing first week weigh in, I decided to do my measurements... And I lost 10.5 inches! So much better than a scale victory! How did everyone else do on their first week?

Check in for the first week.... I did the kickstart, followed the meal plan and the workouts... And I GAINED 0.8! Lol awesome... Here's hoping week 2 yields better results!

I started body Revolution this week and thought that would give me a good weight loss - but I haven't lost an ounce since the first day! I still want to lose 23 pounds before the wedding- anyone have any advice?

Hi everyone! I'm 34 years old 5'9" and 169 lbs. I've been doing Jillian workouts since jan 1st and I've lost 26 lbs I just got my BR yesterday so I'm all set to start today. I'm going to do the kickstart with both the eating and exercise and see how it goes :)

I work rotating 12 hour shifts plus A LOT of overtime. I plan my meals out 3-4 days in advance and calculate all of my calories. I eat all of my meals at work breakfast to dinner (unless I workout before work and then I have breakfast before that) I pack a cooler with everything measured. Because I go to bed right after my…

I have quinoa with egg whites and strawberries and cinnamon for flavour. I make a pot of quinoa that lasts for a few days and the I just have to heat it up :)
