Sorry guys. I won't be able to do much for the rest of the month. I had a biking accident yesterday and my doctor advised me to obstain from running for 3-5 days, biking for 5-7 and swimming for 10-14. I am so upset right now but I know that my knee needs to heal properly.

I have an excel spreadsheet that I use. I also have a workout calendar that tells me my workout goals for the day.

I counted my miles for swimming, biking and running starting October 1. I am at 84.6 miles so far this month. If you break it down into smaller numbers it seems more achievable and gives you mini goals to work toward.
