    1.6 miles to get the stiffness out of the knees. I actually figured out a way to get my data from previous runs, so I'll work on that.

    Question, what are people using for tracking their runs anyway? I'm using a Garmin that I love, but I know folks who are using all kinds of stuff.

    I am hoping to get a garmin for christmas this year!! But for now I use the "my tracks" app on my phone for the mileage and a HRM for time and cals

    Ok I've done 19.37 miles since Sept 19 (not counting the two runs I've already added here), so we're at 481.86 :smile:

    Started Bridge to 10k, which includes some walking, and I walked a tiny bit of the run portions, so I'm thinking I ran somewhere around 3.5 miles today.

    8.9km run tonight at the upper end of zone 2. focused on high cadence and just steady hr. HR looked almost like a flat line, just sitting at 154 :)
