Hi, it's not a scam, far from it, I got through 8 weeks before I hurt my hand severely and was unable to exercise (and prepare food properly) I'm currently getting back into exercise and will continue to finish it. It has taught me a lots about nutrition and fueling my body for Hiit sessions in cycle 1, and then hiit and…

I've just received an email about this too, I agree, the website is very vague. But a VLCD is not for me. Think I'll stick to MFP, even if I paid 70p to weigh in at the gym it'd be a darn site cheaper than paying to starve.

+1 to this, they're well organised, and great fun!

I always place my scale on the same tile in the bathroom too, after noticing on my old scales that it fluctuated. My new scales don't seem to have this same problem, but I stick to the same position just in case! The issue with these ones is that they seem to hold onto the previous weight if there is only a small variation…

Tea is interchangeable with dinner in parts of the uk, and dinner sometimes interchangeable with lunch! (Was there not an advert in the uk a year or so ago - "I have the right to call my lunch my dinner, and my dinner my tea"!) The OP obvs. means evening meal. As to the question... What about marinating some sliced chicken…

I was there too, mammoth journey from scotland, but words cant describe how amazing it is! Can't wait for next year!

sainsbury's basics tomato soup is as good as heinz, lower in cals and 24 pence!! can't say fairer than that! (although until recently it was 17p a tin! large price increase!)

I just caught up on 4od, thought this was a dreadfully biased program, I used to do ww, but gave up because of the cost, and because propoints did not seem to work for me (I was very successful on old-points) . But the meetings were nothing like the ones portrayed, yes, they had all the stuff for sale, but it IS a…

similarly mfp gives me the same cals for my bike commute to and from work, takes a similar amount of time... to go to work is up a few really steep hills, on the way home i can coast most of it, i wear my hrm and they're v diffferent.

wow! it's a revelation! I thought it was me being paranoid with the scale!! mine(also a WW one, doesn't ever show a difference before and after my *ahem* 'morning routine'!

^^^^ THIS! i add a teaspoon of whittards cinnamon hot choc powder, skimmed milk & a banana to my H&B natural flavour powder. means your protein powder is a bit more versatile too, sometimes i add frozen fruit & water instead of milk, a banana & choc to mix it up a bit.

the shorts will be fine, butif you've got a sleeveless top it'd be better, somethink that wicks your sweat rather than a cotton tee that will get uncomfortable v quickly. the instructor at my class wears a bikini! you will sweat from places you didn't realise could! i love bikram, just don't have the money for it at the…

if you want cheap and cheerful, buy a big bag of dried pasta and some cans of tomatoes, you can make up easy tomato sauces for pasta (low in cals, high in taste) just by varying the extra veg/meats you add to it. I used to make huge pots of veg soup as a student, and it would last me all week if i froze portions after i…

Thanks for everyone's replys, I'm going to make a visit to the leisure centre over the weekend anyway so I'll drop a comments card in about the class. Plus book into a different instructor's spin class.

Yet another Wirralian here!! Although I live in Glasgow now, but I'm back down pretty often. My (Scottish) boyfriend's convinced there's a Wirral conspiracy going on, because we're everywhere... Says he can't listen to the radio, watch Tv or go anywhere without SOMEONE from the Wirral popping up!! And now I 've told you,…

sainsbury's basics tomato soup is my most fave soup, and at 24p a can, how can i jutify paying more? most these items are made by the big brands'anyway. shop around there's bargains and tasty thrifty treats to be had. i'm also a queen of the "OOPS" (or reduced sticker in anywhere other than asda!)

I've got a pair of Weightwatchers ones that were on 1/2 price in Argos, they seem quite accurate, and are always within 0.5 of a lb with the pro ones in my work (hospital)

Ha ha this made me laugh so hard! It's so true, I will now be adopting the phrase 'potty flops'! Brilliant! I had them last week after a mega plyo plus kettlebelk combo and could barely roll over in bed!

Yup here too!
