I will be watching these repsonses as I have been at a desk job for most my adult life. I always want candy despite what I bring to eat that day. Im about to face this very problem every wednesday. I think what I will do is try to eat something healthy first then just splurge on one alchoholic beverage. That way I can still have fun with my friends and not feel left out but not break the calorie bank.

I quit smoking 15 months ago and gained 17 lbs. Ive been on this site only a few days but I joined the gym and have faithfully been working out at least 5 or 6 days a week. Im down 8 lbs as of today so it is possible after quitting to get your life back.
