Hi, im just starting today also.. are you just following a calorie controlled diet? i have exercised today but i dont want to eat the calories i have lost however it says my body will go into starvation mode if i dont eat the calories shown :O ??x0

I was the same way when I started. I thought I shouldn't eat so much, but it's actually the opposite. You should eat more of the right foods to fuel your body and build muscle. I try to eat fresh/frozen fruits and veggies, lean chicken and fish, limit beef. In the beginning I cut out starches all together, but I've learned to eat whole grain. Bottom line, when you start working out, you get hungry more often because your body is burning fuel. Don't forget to drink your water!0
