aghhh dont watch it.. i spent the time in the cinema hiding behind my scarf nd still ended up with night terrors because of it.. its very jumpy better then the first.. brings all films together.. good watch i suppose if you like these kind of movies..

you should add it as circuit training.. its about right or if you want you can put in each individual routine but that would take too long.. couldnt start last nite but will tonite.. :)

I am starting 30DS today as well.. have it a while now but am going to give it 100% from today.. ill put up weights and measurements later as i wont have time until then.. :happy:

i started this dvd last thursday and its so good!! it is hard im not going to lie but keep doing it and eventually it will get easier!! trust me.. im starting today again properly as had a bit of a crazy weekend so ill keep you posted! let me know how you all get on..
