hey im starting 30ds today, also going to be doing the following:
monday: 30 min run
tuesday: 30 min weight session in gym
wednesday: 30 min run
thursday: JM 6 week 6 pack
friday: 30 min run
saturday: 30 weight session in gym
sunday: JM 6 week 6 pack
feel free to join in and add me if u want, just post starting weight and measurements
mines are:
Weight 144lbs
Chest 83.5cm
Waist 74cm
Hips 96cm
Thighs 56.5cm
Arms 30.5 cm

I am starting 30DS today as well.. have it a while now but am going to give it 100% from today.. ill put up weights and measurements later as i wont have time until then.. :happy:0

I (re)started the 30DS today too. I think I will mostly just be sticking to that for a few days. I have been slacking right off since my hols in august and to be honest it almost killed me this morning!
My starting weight is 149.8 and I've taken measurements but they are at home so I will post them later xx0 -
think im going to take measurements again halfway through aswell as at the end just to see if theres any progress. i tend to lose inches rather than weight so itl be good to see0

i used pretty light weights for the shred tho...will up these tomorrow0 -
I think I used 3lb weights yesterday and I was planning on upping them to my 5lb weight but im so sore today I think I will stick to my 3lbs for a couple more days!!
Forgot to post my measurements last night but here goes:-
SW - 149.8lb
Chest - 39''
U/neath chest - 34''
Upper waist - 33''
Lower waist - 36''
Hips - 37''
Left thigh - 22''
Right thigh - 22''
I havent measured my arms not to bothered about them. They never seem to change in size :laugh:
I've got before pics too so I can **fingers crossed** hopefully see some sort of difference!!
Day 2 when I get home from work - normally try and do it before but I overslept this morning.

I'm totally modifing! I've NEVER been good at push ups. But, I'm doing them even if they are modified! I'm doing about the same amount of reps as you are. I'm not counting, just trying to keep going without stopping0 -
ive been doin the advanced versions of the moves. wot weights are ppl using? im using 2kg (4.4lbs) the now but upping it to 3.5kg (7.5lbs) tomorrow?0
