logging 30 day shred.

What do you log it as in your exercise. I just want it to be rough outline is all.
i know its best to have a heart rate monitor but i don't have one yet.

    you should add it as circuit training.. its about right or if you want you can put in each individual routine but that would take too long.. couldnt start last nite but will tonite.. :)

    Circuit training, somewhere between 15 and 20 minutes depending on how hard you work.
